Brilliant Home Workouts to Jumpstart Your Spring Fitness Routine
There are millions of home workouts online. It’s completely overwhelming trying to find home workouts that are truly for beginners.
Lucky for you I have dug through the depths of YouTube so you don’t have to! Personally, I love all of these workouts because they are not only beginner friendly but they are actually fun to do. They keep me inspired and don’t make me feel badly about where I am at in my own fitness journey.

1. Cassey – Blogilates – Beautiful Body Pilates
I have been a longtime fan of Blogilates. This channel is where I discovered my love for pilates and Cassey Ho’s positive energy. She has so many workouts that are suitable for beginners. Be sure to check out her playlist for beginners on her YouTube channel.
2. Emily – 8Fit – 9 Minute HITT Workout for Beginners to Start Your Fitness Journey
Don’t beat yourself up if you don’t always have the time to workout. Stuff happens. You may be juggling work and home life right priorities right now. The most important thing is that you set a goal to spare some time for yourself each day. The following workout is just 9 minutes. All you need is 9 minutes to focus on yourself. This is a small and an achievable goal to get your fitness journey started.
3. Jessie – LIVI Moves – Hip Hop Dance Level 1
Are typical workouts too boring for you? Then switch it up! You need to pick workouts that are going to keep you engaged and motivated. Dance workouts are so much fun that you will forget you are working out. Don’t worry about feeling silly if you aren’t the most coordinated in the world. Your fitness journey is about you and not other’s perceptions of you.
4. Jibby – Studio Jibby – 14 Minute Back Workout for Strong Back & Better Posture
Good posture will help you not only with fitness but in daily life. It’s easy to find ourselves hunching over our desks while working. This can lead to pulled muscles and other injuries. I love Jibby’s workout because it’s a quick way to correct and prevent these issues. Plus she has a beautiful personality that will keep you coming back to her workouts.
5. Caleb – The Fitness Marshall – Love Shack, Easy Low Impact Cardio
Here is another channel full of dance workouts that will make you smile for hours. I always find myself hysterically laughing when I watch his videos. His positivity and motivation is incredible. You will definitely end up addicted to his channel.
6. Deja – POPSUGAR Fitness – 30 Minute Low Impact Dance Grooves Workout
Research states that the average person needs just 30 minutes of activity to stay healthy. Thankfully Popsugar offers just that. Deja created this 30 minute workout that is fun, engaging, and feasible for beginners.
7. Isa – IsaWelly – Beginner Pilates, Great for Everybody, Full Body
Let’s slow things down. Workouts don’t have to be fast paced to the point where you can’t even keep up. Isa breaks things down in this video which is perfect for getting back into working out or those completely new to pilates. Focus more on proper form to build up your core strength. I love pilates because it feels relaxing like yoga but is a bit more exciting in my opinion. I hope you will enjoy Isa’s videos.
