I’ve lived many places throughout my life. I grew up near Johnstown, Pennsylvania. Went to college in Frostburg, Maryland. Worked in Seoul, South Korea and Houston, Texas. Fast forward to today, I am now settled in Boston, MA working a 9-5 in higher education.
In my free time, I love to write helpful posts focused on the New England lifestyle, budget friendly activities, hiking, travel tips, higher ed, and more!
You may wonder why the name Nel Belle? It’s actually a nickname I got from my parents as a child. My dad passed in 2009 so I named my blog in his memory.
